Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Systems, Electrical, Software, Acoustics, DSP, Audio Engineering) or related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex platforms from concept through launch in systems engineering or related roles.
• Deep expertise in at least two technical domains with working knowledge across DSP, acoustics, electronics, sensors, AI/ML, embedded systems, cloud, data analysis, and mobile apps.
• Experience defining system architectures, managing trade-offs, and maintaining traceability across needs, requirements, architecture, and verification.
• Strong understanding of ecosystem, platform, and system-of-systems relationships in complex platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration to align across disciplines and levels.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity and complex decisions.

Responsibilities

• Shape platform strategy, define system architecture, and guide cross-functional teams on audio and sound management across embedded systems, AI/ML, mobile apps, and cloud services.
• Lead platform and system requirements for advanced audio and sound management across consumer and automotive platforms from cradle to grave.
• Translate technical strategy into clear system requirements with Architects and engineering leads.
• Champion end-to-end systems engineering activities including requirements, architecture, verification, and validation.
• Identify opportunities for platform reuse and scalable product line engineering, with risk and cybersecurity considerations.
