Bose Corporation is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer • Systems Architect, E2E in Framingham, MA to define end-to-end architectures across hardware, software, DSP, acoustics, and user experience. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams and shape scalable architectures for Consumer and Automotive audio systems.

The role emphasizes systems thinking, deep technical depth, and leadership across Bose Labs and external partners to deliver differentiated audio experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems/Electrical/Computer/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant experience architecting complex multidisciplinary systems.
• Leading end-to-end architecture across hardware and software.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems and physical constraints.
• Experience defining system architectures, interfaces, and tradeoffs.
• Ability to influence across engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system architecture for complex Consumer and Automotive audio systems.
• Translate customer and product needs into coherent system architectures.
• Define system decomposition, interfaces, and data flows.
• Drive tradeoffs across hardware, software, DSP, acoustics, and power.
• Identify cross-domain risks early and drive solutions.
• Use modeling, simulation, and testing to evaluate options.
• Develop reusable architectures that scale across applications.
• Provide principal-level technical leadership across Bose Labs and partners.
