Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years of related experience.
• Experience in Program Management and/or IPT execution within the defense industry.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams including engineering, contracts, finance, supply chain, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Meet contractual commitments, including financial, technical, and schedule performance.
• Report business metrics to leadership including Estimates At Complete (EAC).
• Provide technical execution leadership for design, development, and delivery of a system.
