Job summary

United Launch Alliance in Denver seeks a seasoned leader to head Configuration Management, Tech Services and Simulation Engineering. You will guide development, maintenance, and release of complex engineering data across disciplines, applying CM, PLM and industry standards.

You will mentor teams, drive process improvements in PLM and Engineering Product Definition, manage cross-functional programs, and partner with senior leaders to deliver high-quality drawings, GD&T and PMI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or administrative field.
• 8+ years of related work experience with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and program management.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
• Knowledge of CM processes and PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Configuration Management, Tech Services and Simulation Engineering team across CM, PLM, 3D modeling, and drafting activities.
• Oversee development, maintenance, and release of complex engineering data with GD&T and PMI.
• Drive process improvements and standardization within PLM and Engineering Product Definition.
• Mentor staff and manage performance reviews, training and career development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure compliance and quality.
