Job summary

United Launch Alliance is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Configuration and Data Management Team at Denver. You will ensure data is properly marked, stored, and shared in accordance with FAR/DFARS and company policies, and prepare contract data item submittals (CDRLs) for government and commercial contracts.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Program and Mission Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Must have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships
• Excellent customer-facing confidence on phone calls and email
• Must be able to work well in a team environment and with various levels of management
• Effective communication, facilitation and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational, prioritization and documentation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and learning new databases
• Ability to review and assess data integrity against standards and train others
• Ability to develop metrics to provide visibility of performance
• Troubleshooting, problem-solving, coordination and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and lead across several priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to track technical conversations and learn high-level technical information

Responsibilities

• Ensure data is properly marked, stored, and shared in accordance with FAR/DFARS and company policies
• Utilize CM/DM tools to manage emails, schedules and task tracking; prepare CDRLs for Government and Commercial contracts
• Collaborate across Legal, Engineering, Program and Mission Management
• Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and traceability of key data products
• Be detail-oriented and able to work independently with internal teams
