Job summary

ULA seeks a leader for Configuration Management, Tech Services and Simulation Engineering in Denver to drive development, maintenance, and release of complex engineering data using Teamcenter PLM, NX and Creo CAD tools. You will oversee enterprise‑level 3D models, 2D drawings and MBDE across mechanical, fluid, and electrical disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 8+ years related experience with at least 2 years in people management.
• Experience with CM processes per EIA-649, ISO and AS9100.
• Experience with Teamcenter, PLM, and Model-Based Definition.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop Configuration Management, Tech Services and Simulation Engineering staff.
• Oversee drawings and Model Based Definitions with GD&T and PMI.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure CM processes are understood and followed.
• Ensure compliance for engineering release and documentation standards.
• Lead improvements and standardization efforts across the group.
• Represent Central Engineering Services in cross‑department initiatives.
• Support proposals and evaluate new opportunities.
• Maintain communication with customers and teams to resolve issues.
