Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a leader to develop and guide a high-performing team in a 100% on-site environment at McKinney, Texas. The role focuses on digital service delivery, technology insertion, and workforce management to meet strategic goals.

Ideal candidates will have DoD clearance, US citizenship, and extensive experience leading software, hardware, and cyber-enabled programs in defense contexts.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a high-performing team aligned with RTX vision, strategy, values, and behaviors.
• Partner closely with peer groups to enable flawless digital service delivery and technology evolution.
• Assign and monitor projects and tasks; manage and record employee performance.
• Administer time reporting, training, recruiting, orientation, and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage annual operating plan (AOP) for the team’s digital scope and conduct workforce planning and resource management.
