Job summary

RTX is seeking a Digital Technology Program Lead in Tewksbury, MA, requiring a current Secret clearance and 100% onsite work. The role leads digital needs for programs with cross-site collaboration, delivering secure and compliant technology solutions.

The successful candidate will manage functional requirements, cost, schedule, and risk across the program lifecycle, collaborating with Engineering, Security, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment with DFARS, CMMC, and RMF standards.

Qualifications

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Experience with Digital Technology infrastructure, software development, systems integration, and test processes across the full program lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing Information Technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital needs for program(s) in Tewksbury, MA and across distributed sites.
• Define functional requirements and translate them into executable digital environment plans.
• Manage scope changes across development and collaboration environments throughout the program lifecycle.
• Oversee digital task cost, schedule, EV reporting, and variance analysis.
• Identify and mitigate DT-related risks and dependencies.
• Prepare and deliver program reviews, bid reviews, and capital planning materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on digital execution.
• Champion innovative digital solutions for deployment.
• Ensure compliance with DFARS, CMMC, RMF and related regulations.
• This position is 100% on-site.
