OVERVIEW:
The ControlsLead System Specialist(LSS) serves as the on‑site project leader responsible for planning, executing, and completing control systems projects with assigned customers in a safe and cost‑effective manner. This pivotal role encompasses overseeing the entire project lifecycle from system programming to installation coordination, system and network commissioning, and project closeout.
The LSS is accountable for the overall financial outcomes of assigned projects, including managing costs such as labor and materials, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and profitable results. They proactively seek additional work through change orders and ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal legal requirements, upholding the highest ethical standards.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
