EMCOR Services Aircond in Charlotte, NC seeks a Controls Technician (Service & Projects) to install, program, and repair building automation systems for commercial and industrial clients. Position Summary
The Controls Technician will play a dynamic and critical role in both the installation of new building automation systems and the ongoing service, planned maintenance, and retrofit of existing systems. This role offers a unique blend of project-based work and technical service, ensuring a diverse and engaging day-to-day experience for a controls professional. The technician will be responsible for the installation, programming, and repair of building automation and energy management systems for commercial and industrial clients within the North Carolina region. This role is based at EMCOR Services Aircond's office in Charlotte, NC. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. EST. This role may require occasional overnight travel (less than 25%) within the North Carolina region.
