Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions in the United States (Illinois campus) is seeking an L3 Support - Lead Support Analyst to own and modernize endpoint management for Windows and macOS using SCCM and Intune. You will deliver software deployments, patches, and emergency updates while enabling automated app deployment via an internal store.

You will automate with PowerShell and Bash, train teams, and enforce OS/software baselines to demonstrate compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5–8 years of experience in desktop endpoint management.
• Experience with SCCM and Intune is required.

Job Description

• Own and modernize endpoint management for Windows and macOS using SCCM and Intune.
• Deliver and support all software deployments, patching, and emergency updates, including rapid response to critical vulnerabilities.
• Package, update, and manage applications for automated and self-service deployment (including maintaining an internal app store).
• Engineer, test, and maintain core desktop images to ensure secure, consistent device provisioning.
• Automate and document with PowerShell, Bash, Graph API, etc. to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Educate and train support teams on all major deployments and updates.
• Enforce security baselines (OS patching, Software patching, Defender, BitLocker/FileVault) and ensure compliance is evidenced.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and flex work hours as needed for critical deployments
