Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions in the United States (Illinois campus) is seeking an L3 Support - Lead Support Analyst to own and modernize endpoint management for Windows and macOS using SCCM and Intune. You will deliver software deployments, patches, and emergency updates while enabling automated app deployment via an internal store.

You will automate with PowerShell and Bash, train teams, and enforce OS/software baselines to demonstrate compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5–8 years of experience in desktop endpoint management.
• Experience with SCCM and Intune is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and modernize endpoint management for Windows and macOS using SCCM and Intune.
• Deliver and support software deployments, patching and emergency updates.
• Package, update and manage applications for automated/self-service deployment.
• Engineer, test and maintain desktop images for provisioning.
• Automate and document with PowerShell, Bash and Graph API.
• Educate and train support teams on deployments and updates.
• Enforce security baselines and ensure compliance evidence.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for critical deployments.
