Job summary

Goldfish Swim School in Rockland, ME, is seeking a Golden Teacher to deliver swim instruction using the Goldfish curriculum. The role includes mentoring newer instructors and contributing to a safe, positive learning environment for members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two or more years as a swimming instructor required.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School Curriculum.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new instructors.
• Complete training feedback documentation.
• Deliver WOW! customer service to members.
• Report incidents and injuries to management as required.
• Assist in Emergency Action Plan execution when needed.
