Goldfish Swim School in Needham, MA is seeking confident Swim Instructors to teach children ages 4 months to 12 years using a play-based curriculum and to create a safe, positive learning environment.

As a part-time role, you will communicate progress to families, maintain pool safety, and contribute to a fun, professional team. Paid training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and internal growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and reliability required.
• Experience in swim instruction, lifeguard, or teaching preferred (1–3 years).
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred; training provided if not yet certified.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons to children ages 4 months to 12 years using a play-based curriculum.
• Create a safe and positive learning environment.
• Communicate progress with families about swimmer's development.
• Maintain pool safety and equipment.
• Be a supportive, professional teammate on and off the pool deck.
