Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a Golden Teacher to instruct children in water safety and swim skills using the company curriculum. You will guide students, ensure safety, and support new staff onboarding and mentorship while delivering outstanding member service.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety protocols, and participation in school culture activities, with opportunities to demonstrate problem solving and customer-focused service during lessons.

Qualifications

• Two or more years as a swimming instructor required.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certifications are required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
• Assist with onboarding and mentor new team members.
• Complete training feedback documentation and participate in culture initiatives.
• Provide WOW! customer service to members and report incidents when needed.
