Job summary

Scratch Restaurants Group in Utah is seeking a Head Chef to lead a Michelin-caliber restaurant, with a strong front-of-house communication and a passion for from-scratch hospitality.

You will supervise a kitchen team, manage daily operations, and collaborate with General Managers to oversee inventory, payroll and budgeting. Travel may be required; compensation ranges from $95,000 to $110,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in a professional hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Create professional relationships with management and team.
• Ensure correct receiving of products and adherence to policies.
• Lead and mentor the kitchen and hospitality team daily.
• Monitor and support P&L and budget objectives.
• Perform inventory and purchasing with GM/AGM.
• Prepare paperwork and maintain schedules and records.
