Job summary

Bowman in Lakewood, Colorado, seeks a Survey Project Manager to lead field crews and oversee land surveying projects from proposal through delivery.

You will manage budgets, schedules, client communications, and coordination with engineering and planning teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget project completion. Seven+ years of surveying experience and strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D/MicroStation/Carlson proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred, or commensurate relevant experience.
• Professional Land Surveying registration preferred.
• Seven or more years of land surveying experience including party chief level experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients, prepare proposals, and establish budgets and schedules.
• Maintain liaison with clients to resolve questions on technical requirements and billing.
• Oversee surveying and mapping activities, review contract changes and additional work requests.
• Provide day-to-day support to survey crews and CAD technicians in the field.
