Job summary

Leoforce is seeking an experienced Survey Manager for our San Diego - Field office. California PLS license is required, with 5+ years of office mapping on development or public works projects. Proficiency in Civil 3D and related tools is preferred.

You will lead a team, manage staff and clients, and ensure timely delivery of boundary analyses, surveys, and exhibits in Southern California. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• California Professional Land Surveyor license required.
• 5+ years of office mapping experience on private land development and/or public works projects.
• Knowledge of California Subdivision Map Act, Professional Surveyors Act, and local Civil Codes.
• Leadership and communication skills to manage staff, clients and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CAD drawings: boundary surveys, topographic maps, ALTA/NSPS surveys, as-built surveys, subdivision maps.
• Process deliverables with City and County agencies.
• Lead project teams and mentor staff; manage scheduling and client communications.
