LJB Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Survey Crew Chief with conventional and GPS surveying experience. You will set up and operate advanced surveying instruments, perform construction staking, ALTA surveys, and topographic work, and collaborate with engineers and clients to ensure accurate results.

The role requires leadership, attention to safety, and the ability to travel to US project sites. A FAA Part 107 license and Trimble software proficiency are preferred, with a strong focus on quality

Qualificações

• 5+ years of surveying experience using conventional, robotic or related surveying equipment.
• FAA Part 107 license or ability to obtain.
• Experience using Trimble GPS and Trimble Access.
• Working knowledge of Trimble Business Center for basic survey calculations.
• Knowledge of Public Land Survey System.

Responsabilidades

• Execute land surveys to establish legal boundaries.
• Operate and maintain Trimble survey hardware and software.
• Interpret survey data and calculate geodetic measurements.
• Use GPS, total stations, and levels to determine boundaries and features.
• Prepare and maintain data, charts, plots, and reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, clients and team members.
• Lead survey crew with focus on safety, cost control and professionalism.
• Maintain field notes and comply with surveying laws and regulations.
