Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of surveillance technician experience in a casino.
• Minimum one (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Thorough working knowledge of digital surveillance systems: VMS, IP cameras, analytics.
• Strong TCP/IP networking, switches, routers, fiber optics, and cabling knowledge.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues while minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Surveillance Technician team members and maintain professionalism.
• Supervise surveillance operations: maintenance, installation, and repairs.
• Delegate tasks, coach team members, and conduct evaluations.
• Communicate updates to the Director of Surveillance and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with department leaders on operational needs and priorities.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding finances, systems, investigations, and records.
• Maintain knowledge of all surveillance systems and ensure guest and staff safety.
• Ensure compliance with Colorado gaming regulations and company policies.
• Maintain organized work areas and document maintenance activities.
