Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a Casino Surveillance Technical environment.
• 3+ years in computer networking, surveillance tech, or related technical disciplines.
• Extensive experience with CCTV installation and digital video management systems.
• Strong knowledge of surveillance infrastructure (IP/analog cameras, switches, servers, storage).
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and surveillance hardware.
• Leadership and project-management capabilities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and supervise the Surveillance Technical team, including hiring and coaching.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, repair, testing, and upgrade of surveillance systems and equipment.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to maximize performance and minimize downtime.
• Manage surveillance technology projects from planning through execution.
• Maintain inventory controls and oversee purchasing activities and vendor relationships.
• Prioritize workloads and ensure service levels and objectives are met.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Facilities, Compliance, and Gaming Operations.
• Provide escalation support for complex troubleshooting and after-hours coverage.
• Participate in emergency response and ensure regulatory compliance.
