Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Surveillance Technical Manager to lead the Surveillance Technical team and oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of all surveillance systems and equipment across the property.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive CCTV and DVMS experience, and the ability to coordinate with IT, Security, Facilities, and Gaming Operations to meet regulatory and operational objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a Casino Surveillance environment.
Three+ years in computer networking, surveillance tech, or related technical disciplines preferred.
Extensive CCTV installation and digital video management system experience required.
Strong knowledge of surveillance infrastructure and IP/analog camera systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Surveillance Technical team, including hiring, performance management, coaching, scheduling, and development.
Oversee installation, maintenance, testing, and upgrades of surveillance systems and equipment.
Ensure continuous operation and reliability of surveillance across Wynn Las Vegas and affiliates.
Develop preventive maintenance programs to maximize system performance and minimize downtime.
Manage surveillance technology projects from planning to execution and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
