Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have 19+ years of age and strong leadership in a regulated environment.
- Experience leading surveillance teams in a casino or gaming setting.
- Proficient with CCTV systems and incident reporting procedures.
- Solid knowledge of gaming regulations and internal controls.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee surveillance operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead and develop a team of surveillance professionals.
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance and Operations teams.
- Monitor incidents, investigations and reporting workflows.
- Maintain high standards of asset protection and incident response.
- Manage department budgets, labor and cost analysis.
- Ensure 24/7 coverage and optimal surveillance performance.
