Bechtel Corporation in Houston, TX, is seeking an experienced quality surveillance lead for a major construction project. You will implement the project Quality Management System (QMS) surveillance program and report to the Project Quality Manager on site.

You will lead surveillance teams, assess compliance, drive corrective actions, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup to ensure quality objectives and ISO 9001 requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 standard requirements.
• Demonstrated experience leading surveillances through the full life cycle of a project.
• Knowledge of quality assurance requirements across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.
• Proven ability to implement and manage quality assurance programs.
• Understanding EPC industry quality practices.

Responsabilités

• Leads and supervises quality surveillance activities covered by the QMS and PQP.
• Establishes and leads surveillance teams and prepares annual surveillance schedule.
• Reviews surveillance program compliance with the QMS and project requirements.
• Supports cause analysis and corrective action plans for complex issues.
• Reviews and reports on project design documents and procedures for compliance.
