Audubon Companies in Houston seeks a Project Quality Manager to lead quality governance across projects, overseeing QA/QC, audits, NCRs, and supplier quality to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. You will promote a strong quality culture, report metrics, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors on-site.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field and 10+ years of QA/QC leadership in EPC

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in QA/QC for complex EPC projects with QMS implementation and NCR management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and auditing certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain project-specific Quality Plans aligned with QMS.
• Lead QA/QC on the project, coordinate with management, and escalate risks.
• Oversee vendor NCRs and ensure compliance with specs.
• Support audits and drive corrective actions and continual improvement.
• Report QA/QC metrics and maintain traceable records.
