Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15 years in inspection/testing.
• 4,000+ hours of in-shop quality surveillance.
• 12+ years of relevant work experience.
• PSQS/PSQR on Pre-FEED/FEED/EPC projects for Energy GBU.
• Leadership experience and ability to write procedures.
• Experience with major energy/infrastructure commodities.
• Ability to develop inspection plans and budgets.
• ANSI/ASME Level II certification.
• Auditing and quality program experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and administer QSAs for source surveillance and audits.
• Coordinate with SQ Regional Managers for resource allocation.
• Coordinate Supplier Quality services with other project functions.
• Review materials requisitions for quality requirements with Engineering.
• Assist in developing final bid lists and bidder selection.
• Establish surveillance levels and witness/hold points.
• Lead post-award reviews with suppliers on witness/hold points.
• Prepare surveillance assignments for Area Supplier Quality Specialists.
• Investigate quality issues using available documents.
• Review, edit, and distribute reports; post to GSIS.
• Ensure accuracy of anomaly and assignment data in SQEAS.
• Provide direction to Project Supplier Quality Representatives.
• Coordinate bidder pre/post-award activities and discuss issues.
• Monitor quality metrics; follow project procedures.
• Manage job hours and budgets; report overruns.
• Provide registers and reviews of supplier quality reports.
• Lead development of SQ automation and data analysis.
• Represent Supplier Quality in project meetings.
