Responsibilities

• Train and coach scheduling staff; assist with new processes and resources.
• Assist with interview processes, staff scheduling, and disciplinary issues as needed.
• Coordinate OR desk activities and ensure smooth flow of cases to the OR.
• Collaborate with billing for accurate charge capture and follow-up on any issues.
