Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC, part of the Knorr-Bremse Group, is seeking a Supervisor, Supplier Quality Development to drive supplier quality improvements across NA regions. You will lead audits, APQP, and cross-functional efforts with suppliers, engineering, and purchasing to ensure on-time issue resolution.

Required 5+ years in automotive Tier 1 quality, 3+ years in supervision, and strong knowledge of AIAG tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Science/Industrial Management or equivalent with quality management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive Tier 1 quality experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with AIAG modules: PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement and development activities with Bendix North America suppliers.
• Oversee supplier APQP for new products and transitions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, plant buyers, and quality/engineering teams.
• Conduct supplier audits related to new supplier approvals and product safety.
• Mentor and supervise direct reports to ensure timely completion.
