Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs) to move product and stock.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to train and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance.
• Recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed.
• Provide feedback to improve individual and team performance; enforce company policies and store procedures.
