Job summary

Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Williamsburg, VA to maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will embody Coach values and support brand awareness while helping implement company initiatives across store operations.

The role calls for a customer-focused, results-driven individual who can lead recruiting, coaching and development, and promote an inclusive, high-performing team culture within the store.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
• Maintain a growth mindset for business and personal development initiatives
• Establishes trust and promotes an inclusive culture among the team
• Monitors and analyzes sales data to enhance store performance and customer experience
• Supports store with recruiting, interviewing and training as needed
• Provides feedback to improve individual and team performance
