Michael Page is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee field execution on large-scale multifamily projects in California. This role focuses on modular construction and podium-style builds, with projects exceeding 200 units and values above $50M.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects.
• Experience leading large-scale multifamily developments with 200+ units.
• Proven expertise delivering podium, mixed-use, and modular multifamily projects.
• Led field Superintendents on projects valued at $50M+.
• Experience guiding projects through preconstruction to turnover.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, MEP coordination, inspections, and closeout.
• Experience managing complex site logistics and phased turnovers.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Leading all field operations from site mobilization through project completion and turnover.
• Managing large-scale multifamily developments consisting of 200+ units.
• Overseeing projects that incorporate modular construction methodologies and podium-style structures.
• Driving project schedules and maintaining accountability across all trades and subcontractors.
• Developing and managing short-term and long-term construction schedules.
• Coordinating site logistics, project phasing, inspections, and turnover activities.
• Leading subcontractor meetings and ensuring efficient field communication.
• Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
• Working closely with project management, ownership, consultants, and design teams to ensure successful project execution.
