Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee field execution of large-scale multifamily projects in California. The role requires leading all field operations from mobilization to turnover, with 200+ unit developments and a $50M+ project value, including modular construction and podium-style builds.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate 10+ years of ground-up multifamily leadership, strong scheduling and coordination abilities, and a proven track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing ground-up multifamily construction.
• Leadership of large-scale multifamily developments (200+ units).
• Experience delivering podium, mixed-use, and modular multifamily projects.
• Lead field Superintendent on projects valued at $50M+.
• Experience through full lifecycle from preconstruction to turnover.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, structural systems, MEP coordination, inspections and closeout.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from site mobilization through project completion and turnover.
• Manage large-scale multifamily developments (200+ units).
• Oversee modular construction methodologies and podium-style structures.
• Drive project schedules and accountability across trades and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage short- and long-term construction schedules.
• Coordinate site logistics, phasing, inspections, and turnover activities.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and ensure efficient field communication.
• Maintain highest safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with project management, ownership, consultants, and design teams.
