Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent for a major ground-up multifamily project in Phoenix. You will serve as on-site leader, coordinating with clients, design teams, inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely turnover of facilities valued over $50M.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10+ years of ground-up construction, municipal project exposure, and strong scheduling skills. Procore, Primavera, and MS Office familiarity are required; must reside in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of ground-up construction experience.
• Municipal project experience required.
• Must have been Lead Superintendent on large ground-up builds.
• Scheduling experience is a must.
• Ability to read contracts, blueprints, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Experience on ground-up projects valued over $50M.
• Familiarity with Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Suites.
• Candidate must be local to Phoenix.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up municipal projects from foundation to turnover.
• Lead construction projects valued over $100M+.
• Deliver on-time and within-budge t projects for clients across Phoenix.
• Act as on-site leader and liaison for clients, design teams, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and equipment; manage RFIs, field directives, and change impacts with modern tech.
• Collaborate with company leadership to bring new ideas to the table.
