We are seeking experienced Superintendents to oversee ground-up and renovation construction projects across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Description

• Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects ranging from approximately $2M to $20M.
• Oversee project schedules, site logistics, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, design teams, and trade partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead construction activities within hospitality, retail, automotive, life science, academic, corporate interiors, and other commercial sectors.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve field-related issues.
• Maintain project documentation and communication using construction management tools and best practices.
• Ensure all work meets company safety standards, client expectations, and project milestones.
• Report directly to a Senior Superintendent and work closely with the broader project team.
• Travel to project sites throughout New England as required, with opportunities to support projects outside the local market.
• Support a growing portfolio of projects including automotive dealerships, hospitality developments, and defense-related work.

Profile

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Stable work history with demonstrated project tenure and limited employment gaps.
• Experience managing commercial projects valued between $2M and $20M.
• Strong knowledge of field operations, subcontractor management, scheduling, and jobsite safety.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL).
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the region as needed.
• Residence within the North Shore of Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, or Maine preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, and automotive construction projects.
• Exposure to defense, life science, academic, or corporate interior projects.
• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification.
• Experience using construction management software such as Procore and related technologies.
