Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering, 5+ years in superintendent roles, and proven leadership. Travel to multiple project sites and proficiency with project management software are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of superintendent experience in construction, preferably commercial/institutional.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage complex projects.
• Knowledge of project management, scheduling, and budgeting software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring timelines, specs, and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with project managers to refine project strategies.
• Manage site staff and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality.
• Lead site meetings and report progress to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and client requirements.
