Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedules to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work aligns with plans and specs.
• Help manage project budgets and track expenses.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on site.
• Communicate updates with the project team, subcontractors, and clients.
• Resolve conflicts or issues that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate daily and safety reports, and document change orders.
