Michael Page is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent for a major ground-up multifamily project in Phoenix. You will serve as on-site leader, coordinating with clients, design teams, inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely turnover of facilities valued over $50M.
Ideal candidates bring 7–10+ years of ground-up construction, municipal project exposure, and strong scheduling skills. Procore, Primavera, and MS Office familiarity are required; must reside in the Phoenix area.

Managing ground up municipal projects from foundation to key turnover
Successfully lead construction projects valued over $100M+
Delivering on time and within budge projects for clients across Phoenix
Act as the on‑site leader and primary liaison for clients, design teams, inspectors, and subcontractors while upholding quality standards
Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and equipment, while managing RFIs, field directives, and change impacts using modern construction technology
Work directly with company leadership to bring new ideas to the table

7-10+ years of ground up construction experience required.
Municipal project experience required.
Must have been Lead Superintendent on large-scale, ground-up builds before.
Scheduling experience is a must.
Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion.
Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $50M (minimum requirement).
Experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc.
Familiarity with Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Suites.
Candidate must be local to Phoenix.
Base salary: $140-170K, based upon experience
