Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, field execution, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read drawings, interpret specs, and solve field challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field coordination with crews, subcontractors, and project leadership.
• Manage manpower, sequencing, productivity, and workfront planning.
• Enforce OSHA compliance and site safety programs.
• Ensure quality installation aligned with drawings, specs, and QA/QC standards.
