Job Details

Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle from initial planning to completion.
• Create and manage work schedules for all team members, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop cost estimates for labor, supplies, and materials, and manage budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
• Hire and manage subcontractors, ensuring all work meets our high‑quality standards.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to.
• Lead quality control efforts, ensuring all work is completed to our high standards.
• Manage materials and supplies, ensuring availability and timely delivery to job sites.
• Lead teams effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee new construction projects, ensuring all work is completed to our high standards.

Qualifications
