I & S Group, Inc. is seeking a driven Substation Project Manager to lead complex substation projects that power communities. You will manage the full project lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in substation engineering and a strong understanding of electrical systems.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $135,000 per year and benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and an employee stock ownership plan.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in substation engineering, design, or consulting environments.
• Proficiency with engineering design tools and strong understanding of CAD systems.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of high complexity substation projects from concept through commissioning.
• Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams for seamless delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure project success.
