Qualifications

• Must have working experience as a Substation Journeyman in industrial construction.

• Ability to read plans and schedule work per project specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise craft workers to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Review timecards and ensure accurate hours and phase coding.
• Conduct pre-job safety planning and toolbox talks.
