Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 7 years of professional experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Advanced knowledge of regulations, guides, standards, codes, and engineering principles.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads highly technical consultation and training on complex engineering areas.
• Directs teams on large, specialized projects and programs and develops study plans.
• Performs assignments independently and may oversee contractors.
• Participates in management planning and performance monitoring.
• Provides mentoring and guidance to engineers and supports cross-functional knowledge transfer.
• Acts as expert witness and contributes to internal committees as required.
