Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET‑accredited Bachelor of Electrical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 6+ years of substation physical design experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and client interactions.
• Strong knowledge of grounding, layouts, and constructability.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or MicroStation and related drafting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee substation physical design across multiple projects.
• Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) stamping deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership on grounding, layouts, and cable routing.
• Coordinate with disciplines to ensure integrated designs and constructability.
• Lead design reviews, proposals, and client communications.
