Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant post-education experience delivering design deliverables for capital projects in power systems.
• Proficiency with substation Physical engineering principles for 12 kV to 345 kV substations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level technical guidance for due diligence, design, and construction support of substation projects.
• Review loads, sizing, one-line diagrams, and switchyard layouts for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop specifications and cost estimates; manage project schedules, budgets, and QA/QC across multiple projects.
• Lead cross‑discipline teams, coordinate with owners, designers, and clients to meet project objectives.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
