Bechtel Corporation is seeking an experienced Contracts/Subcontracts Manager to lead subcontracting efforts for a major project in New Albany, Ohio. You will develop contracting strategies, oversee bid evaluations, and ensure compliance with prime contract requirements while coordinating with engineering and construction teams.

You will mentor contracts staff, manage scope, risk, and change processes, and drive performance to deliver on schedule and budget for a large-scale

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of contract management principles, practices, and procedures in EPC environments.
• Experience administering complex contracts and subcontracts throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Defines and develops the contracts scope, plans, procedures, schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets.
• Prepares commercial terms and conditions for project contract documents.
• Coordinates contract execution plan with Engineering and Construction plans.
• Reviews bid tabulations for accuracy and approves bidder selections within authority.
• Provides direction to subcontract personnel and ensures compliance with directives and procedures.
• Develops subcontracting strategy and translates schedules into contracting plans.
• Mitigates commercial risks and supports negotiations with clients and suppliers.
• Ensures input from contracts supports project plans and objectives.
