Qualifications

• Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business-related degree.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel.
• 8+ years of experience in program finance, cost management, or business operations, including Earned Value Management.
• Working knowledge of DFARS EVM reporting requirements.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function supporting the TacIRST program and present to leadership.
• Manage and grow the cost control analyst team.
• Oversee OS&P forecasts and deliverables to FP&A.
• Support Long-Range Plan, 10-year sales outlook, and business cases.
• Establish budgets, track costs, funding, and provide variance explanations.
• Prepare EACs and CSR charts for leadership.
• Collaborate with program teams to monitor expenditures and trends.
• Interact with TacIRST program and finance personnel.
