Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Must be able to obtain Top Secret clearance and SAP clearances.
• Must be willing to work onsite full-time.
• Program/Project management experience.
• Ability to lead a team to accomplish strategic objectives.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IRST development programs including cost, schedule, and contract oversight.
• Oversee production transition and lead program meetings.
• Lead proposal activities and support new business capture.
• Serve as primary customer interface and communicate with program teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams across sites and support classified meetings on-site.
