Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a Structures MRB Engineer in Savannah, GA to provide leadership on resolving complex structural nonconformances in metallic and composite aircraft structures.

You will collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure airworthiness, quality, and schedules. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years of MRB experience in aerospace manufacturing, plus proficiency in Catia V5 and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of Structures MRB Engineering experience in aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Experience with aircraft structural repair dispositions for composite and metallic structures.

Responsibilities

• Create and justify engineering dispositions for nonconforming aircraft structures.
• Analyze and develop repair solutions for metallic and composite structures.
• Support structural issues involving wing, fuselage, empennage, and pressurized components.
• Lead engineering investigations and develop repair concepts.
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams in a schedule-driven environment.
• Utilize Catia V5, Solumina, SmarTeam, Corridor, Word and Excel.
