Job summary

Cybotic System in the United States is seeking an experienced MRB Engineer focused on structures for aerospace. You will evaluate nonconformances on composite and metallic aircraft structures, spanning wings, fuselage, and empennage, and develop dispositions in a schedule-driven production setting.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, 13+ years of MRB experience in a recognized aerospace manufacturer, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 13 years dedicated Structures MRB Engineering experience at a recognized Aerospace Manufacturer.
• Experience in creating and justifying dispositions for nonconformances of composite and metallic, pressurized and non-pressurized aircraft structures.
• Experience should cover all aircraft components (Wing, Fuselage, Empennage).
• Experience should be in Production and/or schedule-driven environments. Aircraft modification experience a plus.
• Capability to analyze and rapidly design repairs based on equivalent strength/stiffness of surrounding structure while in a schedule driven environment.
• Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate (such as, but not limited to: Catia V5, Solumina, SmarTeam, Corridor, Word, Excel).
• Multiple Shifts available. Shift will be discussed during interview. Periodic weekend OT required.

- Minimum 13 years dedicated Structures MRB Engineering experience at a recognized Aerospace Manufacturer. Experience credit considered for related adv degrees limited to 2 yrs for Masters and 4 yrs for PhD.

- Experience should include creation and justification of engineering dispositions for nonconformances of composite and metallic, pressurized and non-pressurized aircraft structures.
