Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of structural load paths and failure modes.
  • Static and fatigue analysis experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate, analyze, and document dispositions for production non-conformances per FAA and OEM requirements.
  • Liaise with teams and OEM customers; mentor less experienced staff.
  • Maintain communication with project teams and customers.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on MRB matters.
  • Help solve problems affecting cost, schedule, and performance.
